The CoCreate Project at St. John United is excited to announce that we’re expanding our team! This winter we’ll welcome a part-time Property Caretaker who will focus on tending to this beloved place.
The Property Caretaker will keep all property operations running smoothly to support the entire ecosystem of the community that gathers here, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This role is responsible for managing the building and grounds, which includes physical and fiscal elements of maintenance, repairs, improvements, and long-term planning.
This member of our team will fall under the CoCreate Project, report to the Director of Community Engagement, and be supported by a robust base of volunteers. The role is 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and on-call availability, and paid $30 per hour salaried non-exempt with generous PTO.
