Holy Week with SJU
You are warmly invited to journey with SJU this Holy Week. On Maundy Thursday we will gather at Woodland Park Presbyterian for Dinner Church to break bread together in remembrance of the Last Supper. We will then sit at the cross on Good Friday with a contemplative service based on the tradition of the seven last words of Christ. Our Good Friday service features original music composed by our Music Director, Nathan Jensen, and sung by joint choirs from SJU, WPPC, and the NW Firelight Chorale. On Sunday morning we will celebrate Christ alive among us, giving thanks for God’s unconditional grace! Before 10:30 worship we’ll enjoy Easter breakfast featuring homemade sourdough biscuits, quiche, and fruit. All are welcome to join for any portion of this Holy Week that you find meaningful.
