Support CoCreate at our community-focused fundraiser!
TIME & LOCATION
The event will start at 6:30pm on Friday, May 1 in the downstairs hall at St. John United. Doors will open at 6:15. Trivia will begin at 7pm and we will wrap up the event no later than 9pm.
For those new to this location we are at 5515 Phinney Ave N – on Phinney Ridge across from the west entrance to the zoo. We are on the route 5 bus line and also have a parking lot around back. Please enter through the back doors off the parking lot, you’ll see signs guiding your way!
FOOD & DRINK
Our evening will start with a buffet-style dinner. Our caterer will be announced soon! Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be included.
Non-alcoholic drinks are included with admission. There will also be a bar with beer and wine available for purchase. It’s helpful if you bring cash to pay for drinks, but we will also have a QR code option.
TRIVIA
Trivia will be run by the Pub Professor, a professional trivia host (who also happens to be the partner of Sr. Jessica.) The content will be intergenerational and family-friendly, with questions covering a range of interests. You do NOT have to be an academic expert, pop culture whiz, or super nerd to participate!
Trivia will be played in teams of up to 6 people. You can form your own team or let us connect you with others in the CoCreate community. If forming your own team, please designate someone as the leader. When purchasing your ticket you will be prompted to include the name of your team lead or indicate if you’re signing up solo.
If you would like to attend but not participate in trivia you can do so, though we really encourage you to play! There will be an observers table for you to cheer folks on.
We’ll have fun prizes for the first and second place winners, and even a little something for the team that comes in last place!
DONATIONS
While having FUN in community is a main focus of this event, it is a fundraiser! Our fundraising goal is $10,000 and gifts of all sizes will help get us there. There will be a portion of the night in which we will ask you to make a meaningful gift in support of the CoCreate Project. You will be able to donate by scanning a QR code with your phone, giving cash/check, or visiting a donation station with a card reader.

TICKETS
Tickets are $30, which will cover the price of dinner and non-alcoholic drinks. Advance registration is preferred and appreciated for our planning but we won’t turn away walk-ins. If possible, please purchase your tickets before April 29.
We need a few volunteers to pull this off. If you would like to help out in this way then payment for a ticket is optional. Email cocreate@stjohnunited.org to sign up as a volunteer.
