ADULT FORUM

The Adult Forum, which meets at 9:10 AM on Sundays, is the primary, weekly opportunity for adults to come together to relate our faith to issues in the world and daily life, as well as to deepen our knowledge of our Christian faith.

  • Initiative 594 for Gun Responsibility
  • Lutheran perspectives on the death penalty
  • The Global Water Crisis
  • Conservation efforts at the Woodland Park Zoo
  • Psalms of Lament

A series on the economy: Inequality for All; ELCA social statement Sufficient, Sustainable Livelihood for All; John deGraaf, What Is the Economy For Anyway?, and biblical foundations for the church’s work for economic justice.


BIBLE STUDIES

Monthly bible study groups are another important means for learning, growing in faith, and sharing fellowship. The groups meet September through May. Each group has its own style but all involve interaction and discussion.

Men’s Bible Study led by Pastor John Recher which meets on the third Monday at 7 PM.

Evening Women’s Bible Study Group which meets on the third Tuesday at 7:15 PM
